ORDINI: sono richiesti dalla nostra piattaforma web dedicata sul sito www.premiazioni.it, se superiori ad € 120,00, netto merce, sono accettati in altre forme scritte indicando sempre i dati completi di contatto, fiscali e di destinazione merce, ma questi saranno gestiti compatibilmente con la possibilità di caricarli manualmente nel nostro gestionale, non si accettano ordini telefonici. Gli ordini ricevuti costituiscono proposta irrevocabile per un periodo di 30 gg. dalla data di ricezione. Consigliamo l’uso del motore di ricerca interno del nostro sito web-shop per individuare facilmente codici e tipologia di prodotti, la selezione per caratteristiche e la creazione di elenco di preferiti.
UNITÀ DI MISURA, CONFEZIONI, MINIMO ORDINE, CODICI, SPECIFICHE: se non diversamente indicato le dimensioni sono in centimetri. I diametri delle coppe si intendono escluso i manici. Le quantità ordinate saranno adeguate per eccesso alla confezione standard, escluso dove è indicato il prezzo per quantità inferiori. Se l’ordine è trasmesso dalla nostra piattaforma web non è richiesto minimo ordine di € 120,00 netto merce, al di sotto di questo valore sarà applicato un costo di gestione di € 5,00. Gli operatori commerciali riceveranno gagliardetti, crest, set di targhe e astucci o basi, distintivi e spille in componenti da assemblare, così come le targhette saranno fornite prive di biadesivo. Per i codici dove è presente una variabile aggiuntiva la mancata indicazione lascerà a noi la scelta.
PREZZI: i prezzi per l’Italia non comprendono l’IVA e sono al pubblico, eventualmente saranno effettuati sconti in relazione alla categoria di appartenenza del cliente e/o in funzione dell’entità dell’ordine. Tutti i prezzi sono da intendersi salvo errori e omissioni, personalizzazioni escluse, se non diversamente indicato sul prodotto. I prezzi sono quelli in vigore al momento dell’ordine e sono soggetti a possibili variazioni che saranno comunicate alla ricezione ordine. Il simbolo # indica che il prezzo è riferito a quantità minime specifiche, in tal caso quantità inferiori saranno altresì vendute con incremento del 10% del prezzo.
PAGAMENTI: bonifico bancario, contrassegno fino a € 500,00 con assegno o contanti, se ne ricorrono le condizioni, (contrassegno solo in contanti per importi fino a € 160,00). Paypal, carte di credito e Satispay, ove possibile. Per gli ordini con personalizzazioni è richiesto acconto e saldo a mezzo bonifico bancario.
TEMPI DI LAVORAZIONE: spediamo entro il giorno successivo all’ordine, salvo i casi di sovraccarico ordini. Per la temporanea indisponibilità di articoli sarete informati esclusivamente via e.mail all’indirizzo da cui è stato trasmesso l’ordine. Ordini superiori a € 240,00 netto merce potranno essere spediti a mezzo vs. corriere. Se manca uno o più articoli ci riserviamo di frazionare l’ordine. Non rispondiamo di danni derivanti dalla mancata o ritardata consegna.
INCISIONI E STAMPE: le incisioni e/o stampe sono accettate esclusivamente con un ordine specifico editabile, direttamente nel testo dell’e.mail o in allegato nei formati: txt, ods o pdf, in cui sarà indicato il codice del prodotto e la sua personalizzazione che verrà effettuata con stampa o incisione laser in base alla soluzione più adatta. L’elenco è accettato senza la ripetizione di parti uguali e giustificato a sinistra. Per incisioni tradizionali sarà inviato preventivo. I file esecutivi sono accettati solo in PDF (esportato in curve) o JPG (300 dpi). L’eventuale gestione di file diversi o di editazione testi, quando possibile, comporterà un costo aggiuntivo.
SPEDIZIONI: la merce è spedita con corrieri espressi nazionali e/o internazionali, non rispondiamo per eventuali danni durante il trasporto, responsabile è il trasportatore. I tempi di consegna sono di 24/96 ore dalla partenza della spedizione dalla nostra sede. Il trasporto è in porto franco con addebito in fattura del costo. non sarà effettuate spedizioni senza l’indicazione del numero telefonico del ricevente. Per ordini superiori a € 240,00 netto merce ci rendiamo disponibili a spedire direttamente al vs. cliente. Una copia di cortesia della fattura elettronica, non valida ai fini fiscali per l’Italia, verrà spedita unitamente alla merce in una tasca trasparente, incollata sull’esterno della scatola o su una di esse.
RECLAMI E CONTROVERSIE: sono accettati reclami relativi a nostre responsabilità entro 3 giorni, con opportuno riscontro fotografico e indicazione dei codici dei prodotti. Una specifica comunicazione alla nostra direzione consentirà di trovare una possibile soluzione al problema. Per ogni controversia il foro competente è quello della sede legale della Premiers Srl.

Orders received constitute an irrevocable proposal for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt. UNITS OF MEASUREMENT, PACKAGING, MINIMUM ORDER, CODES, SPECIFICATIONS: unless otherwise indicated, dimensions are in centimetres. Cup diameters are understood to be excluding handles. Ordered quantities will be adjusted in excess of the standard packaging, excluding where the price is indicated for smaller quantities. If the order is transmitted via our web platform, a minimum order quantity of € 120.00 net goods is not required, below this value a handling fee of € 5.00 will be charged. Commercial operators will receive pennants, crests, plaque sets and cases or bases, badges and pins in components to be assembled, as well as plaques will be supplied without double-sided adhesive tape. For codes where an additional variable is present, not indicating it will leave the choice to us.
PRICES: prices for Italy do not include VAT and are to the public. Discounts may be given depending on the customer’s category and/or the size of the order. All prices are subject to errors and omissions, excluding customisation, unless otherwise indicated on the product. The prices are those in force at the time of the order and are subject to possible variations that will be communicated upon receipt of the order. The # symbol indicates that the price refers to specific minimum quantities, in which case smaller quantities will also be sold with a 10% price increase.
PAYMENTS: bank transfer, cash on delivery up to € 500.00 by cheque or cash, if conditions are met (cash on delivery only for amounts up to € 160.00). Paypal, credit cards and Satispay, where possible. For orders with customisation, a deposit and balance by bank transfer are required.
DELIVERY TIMES: we ship within the day following the order, except in cases of order overload. For temporary unavailability of items you will be informed exclusively by e.mail to the address from which the order was placed. Orders exceeding € 240.00 net may be shipped by your courier. If one or more items are missing, we reserve the right to split the order. We are not liable for damages resulting from non-delivery or delayed delivery.
ENGRAVINGS AND PRINTINGS: engravings and/or prints are only accepted with a specific editable order, directly in the text of the e-mail or as an attachment in the following formats: txt, ods or pdf, in which the product code and its customisation will be indicated, which will be carried out with printing or laser engraving according to the most suitable solution. The list is accepted without repetition of equal parts and justified on the left. For traditional engravings, a quotation will be sent. Executive files are only accepted in PDF (exported in curves) or JPG (300 dpi). Any handling of different files or text editing, when possible, will incur an additional cost.
SHIPMENTS: goods are shipped by national and/or international express couriers, we are not liable for any damage during transport, the carrier is responsible. Delivery times are 24/96 hours from the departure of the shipment from our premises. Transport is carriage paid with charge of the cost on the invoice. no shipment will be made without indication of the recipient’s telephone number. For orders over € 240.00 net goods we are willing to ship directly to your customer. A courtesy copy of the electronic invoice, which is not valid for tax purposes for Italy, will be sent with the goods in a transparent pocket, stuck on the outside of the box or on one of them.
COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES: complaints regarding our responsibilities are accepted within 3 days, with appropriate photographic evidence and indication of product codes. A specific communication to our management will allow a possible solution to the problem to be found. For any dispute, the competent court of jurisdiction is that of the registered office of Premiers Srl.
